Is Activa™
safe & effective?
Activa™ has been proven to be safe and effective in
clinical trials. A significant improvement in tooth color was observed
after only two weeks of treatment.
How quickly will I see results?
Depending on the natural color of your teeth and the
level of staining, you should start to see results after just a few
days of using Activa™.
How do I know how much to put
on?
Each dip of the brush will provide enough Activa™ to
cover several teeth. You can apply Activa™ to as many teeth as you
would like to whiten.
Is it hygienic to keep
re-dipping the same brush?
Yes. Activa™ contains ingredients that will kill the
germs on the applicator brush.
How long do I have to wait
between the daily applications?
Since Activa™ is normally applied twice daily after
brushing and flossing your teeth, we recommend that you use Activa™
once in the morning and once in the evening to coincide with your
regular brushing regimen. If you prefer, you can apply the two
applications back to back as long as you wait at least 20 minutes
without eating or drinking after an application. Activa™ can be
applied up to four times per day.
How does
Activa™
work?
When applied, the whitening ingredient in Activa™
adheres to the teeth and works both to remove unwanted color from
within the tooth enamel and unwanted stains on the surface of the
teeth.
How long can I use
Activa™?
Until your teeth have reached their natural desired
color. Activa™ is also used frequently to maintain and continue to
whiten your teeth. You should always consult your dental professional
if you need advice on the continued use of whitening products.
Is
Activa™
safe on my tooth enamel?
Activa™ is safe for your tooth enamel.
Activa™ contains
the same active whitening agent as your dental professional.
Will
Activa™
affect my dental work?
No. Activa™ only whitens natural teeth, not dental work
such as crowns, caps, fillings, and veneers. Activa™ will not harm
dental work.
How long should one bottle
last?
One bottle of Activa™ will last for up to three weeks
depending on the number of daily applications.
Can children use
Activa™?
Consult your dentist before use on children under the
age of 12. |
